Our next destination is Jaipur which is one of India’s biggest cultural centers. They have universities, theaters, Cinemas and museums in this lovely city. Since we had a lot of money right now we decided to stay at Park Prime Hotel while we are in Jaipur. The nights before we go to bed is very sad, at that time we have good time to think, and it is of course one thing that we always thinks of. I don’t think I need to say what it is because it is pretty obvious.
Tomorrow we are going to take a tour around the city and see some of the big cultural building and monuments. One building we just have to visit is Hawah Mahal that is a very old palace in Jaipur that is pretty special. Jaipur is also known as the pink city, and the reason for that is the pink color used on the old houses, palaces and similar buildings.
Hawah Mahal was built in 1799. It was designed after the form of the crowd of Krishna. This five floors high palace is built of red and pink sandstone with white markings. The façade that is faced against the street has nine hundred and fifty three windows where the women could see out on the city life.
